The program is led by one or two hosts presenting themes and concepts related to mental health and physical health. Each class has video clips, exercises, handouts, and interview sessions with the instructor. A typical class duration is between two to five hours in total, with a minimum of 10 participants to a maximum of 25 participants. The participants are allowed to network in 15 to 30-minute discussions, interactions, and debate after the program’s conclusion. Participants will gain new knowledge, clear awareness, renew their motivation, and confidence to make a positive life-change in their spirituality, career, finances, health, and relationships.
