Norlys is an expert in Financial Management at the Masters level graduated from the UNIVERSITY OF BARCELONA – OBS BUSINESS SCHOOL with twenty years of experience in the accounting and financial area in different sectors of the economy; services, manufacturing, customs, and public services company specialized in the water sector. Expert in financial analysis, business analysis, projections, international financial consolidation, business group control through management of investee companies, human talent management, leadership skills. Norlys is the primary consultant for the economic planning and execution and management of the group’s financial information in USA and Latin America, responsible for the administration of the company’s resources through the definition and implementation of organizational strategies and policies that promote the growth and development of the business in accordance with the achievement of the strategic objectives.
Maria T. Puentes NCC., LMHC., BCBA., MCAP., CST., MhT., CCTP., QS. Program Director
Maria is responsible for the management and supervision of the Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Behavior Analysis programs and ensures clients have access to the best quality in treatment. Maria evaluates and measures the clinical skills and approaches of the clinical team through the application of supervisory modules and competency assessments. Maria oversees the casework and professional challenges of the team by reviewing and evaluating the Behavior Intervention Plans, clinical records, and record-keeping to evaluate the necessary level of client care, promotion, and development. Maria is also involved in organizational and administrative responsibilities for addressing any possible legal and ethical issues within the field of human service.
Patrick N. Argiro LPC., Ph.D. Outreach Coordinator
Mr. Arrigo acts as the agency Outreach Coordinator for the Behavior Analysis program. Mr. Arrigo ensures compliance with overlay requirements, which may include public relations, research, and administrative duties. Ensures proper completion of documentation and integration of a behavior analytic delivery system that meets all state and federal guidelines. Mr. Arrigo is responsible for connecting the organization with the surrounding community, brainstorming potential partnerships or methods for engagement with the local community, maintains the calendar for outreach events and works closely with community partners to plan and execute various outreach events, participates in overall institutional programming and administration, and Is available to provide emergency consultation services for Zero tolerance for abuse. Mr. Arrigo also provides administrative supervision for Registered Behavior Therapists, ensures the development of the client’s treatment plan. Provides consultation regarding behavior management practices.

Jorge is client focused with more than 20 years of related experience in social services. Jorge enjoys building relationships and maintaining positive client relationships, providing advice and information about best practices to our clients. In his role as a Relationship Executive, Jorge focuses on client acquisition and retention. His mission is to establish an ongoing relationship with our partners in the community as well as being responsible for growing and retaining relationships within specialized professionals.
